At Grofkart, we aim to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping methods, charges, tracking, and delivery procedures.

1. Order Processing

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  2. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment and confirmation.
  3. Order Verification: Some orders may require additional verification, such as high-value orders or incomplete address/phone verification.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver across India using reputed logistics partners.

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Standard Orders:
    1. ₹99–₹199 depending on weight and pincode.
    2. Free Shipping: On orders above ₹2000 (retail).

4. Order Tracking

After shipping, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID and courier partner details.

Track your order via the “My Orders” section on our website or directly on the courier’s website.

5. Address and Delivery Issues

  1. Ensure all shipping information (name, address, pincode, phone number) is accurate.
  2. Grofkart is not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
  3. If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  1. Local courier service disruptions
  2. Weather or natural calamities
  3. Festive season traffic
  4. Remote/non-serviceable area issues

We will provide updates and notify you in case of delays.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Grofkart ships only within India.

For special requests, please contact our support team.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp.
  3. We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
