At Grofkart, customer satisfaction and transparency are our priorities. This policy explains the terms for order cancellations, refunds, and returns for all purchases made on our platform.
1. Order Cancellation
a. Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via email, WhatsApp, or the “My Orders” section on your account.
- If the order is not yet packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.
b. After Dispatch
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may initiate a return/refund after delivery if eligible under the Return Policy.
2. Refund Policy
a. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Prepaid order not delivered due to address/pincode service issues
- Product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Item marked as delivered but not received (after verification)
b. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, credit card, bank account).
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you will be asked to provide bank/UPI details for refund.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval and confirmation.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Expired or missing items | Within 48 hours of delivery |
Return Procedure:
- Contact our customer support with your order ID and issue details.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (mandatory).
- If eligible, our team will schedule a pickup or guide you for return.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Note: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased under clearance/sale offers
- Used or damaged items not due to our fault
- Opened cosmetics, personal care, or hygiene-related products
- Customized or made-to-order items
