1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
  • If there is any delay in processing due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options to ensure you get your order at your convenience.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days 
  • Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available in select cities (Charges apply, subject to service availability).
International Shipping
  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs processing.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided or by visiting our website’s Order Tracking page.
  • If you face any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our support team.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above 599
  • Standard & Express Shipping: Charges vary based on location and order value. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Charges depend on the destination and shipping method chosen.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
  • In case of any delivery restrictions due to local laws or courier limitations, we will inform you at the time of order processing.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely and safe delivery. However, in case of any issues:

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking details or contact our support team.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate the issue with our courier partner. If confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for a resolution.
